<p>I have been running back and forth with NMG with regards to a claim that needs to be paid out. Their administration , 3 days after escalating my query, eventually got back to me and advised the claim will be paid out in the first week of August. Nothing has been processed. I called and emailed again on Wednesday explaining the urgency behind me following up all the time. NOT TO MY SUPRISE , nobody has taken any initiative since then to help me. Pathetic </p>
