Incompetency level

Have been leasing with Molise and Sakina with regards to my benefit pay out and it has been kngojng for two to three weeks and stil tk date theres no progress.

When completing the claim benefit forms its written I black and white that the pag out will take u to 14 days however when you call them they inform it takes about y to 8 weeks, right from the 6th week I have been calling nmg and also emailing them tk try get information about the only up kn the benefits, answer i am getting is the benefit is awaiting 2nd authorisation from management. Now j have never experienced such a level of incompetence mind you inhave a family tk feed and debts to pay. I dont wish any save with NMG as their employees will be jn the same trouble that j am right now
