IGNORANCE

Good day. i used to work for the clicks group for over a year. I resigned on the 25th November 20220.. I submitted my forms on the same day i resigned and they said they will send and process my stuff. my stuff were sent to HR to Luyanda who was the HR lady before she went to maternity leave.. I kept calling her and she said my stuff were being proceed and she said it would take 8 to 10 weeks for my provident fund to be paid out. my provident fund was supposed to be paid on the first week of March 2021. when i called again to do a follow up i was told that my forms were not submitted from HR,and that she was on leave already. so i went back to clicks to do a follow up and ask them to resend my documents and they told me they will do that but they did not do as they promised. so I called straight to HR to find out what was going on.so they kept telling me stories that it will be paid out the just need time to process my documents. I waited but still nothing. I kept trying to call but I was not given a straight answer by Thabelo the guy who is holding in for Luyanda their HR number is ***.My staff number is *** and my ID number is ***
