I want my money

The company I used to work for submitted my withdrawal form on the 11th of September to the nmg benefits administrators. When I called the 4 weeks later they explained to me that my claims should be received in 6 to 8 weeks from the day of submitting. 8weeks ended on the 30th of October and I still haven't received my claims. It's 11weeks now I have been calling them asking them what's going on with my funds. One of the administrators Tshepo M. Told me that he needs to submit my September contributions to his asset manager for him to get a pricing to send to Sars for taxing. I asked him why was this not done the whole of October all he could do was apologize and tell me it was a mistake from their side. None the less I asked him how long will it take to do things right this time. He promised me 10days and told me to expect my funds either on 11th of nov or 13th of nov. Today is the 22nd of nov. I called and communicated with him via email about my funds. And its still the same story that my September funds need to be submitted to the asset manager. I don't think these people understand how much inconvenience they have caused for me. And im honestly tired dealing with them.
