how are they still in business?

Very bad experience dealing with them on several interactions. We are going into year 5 and still no quote on activating vitality. Is it that difficult to do? Every time I ask I get "the agent will contact you" and then nothing happens. But this is just adding to the frustration. I left NMG more than a year ago and I still get personalized "update" emails. Do you they even know who their customers are? Clean up your house NMG.
