Horrrible service NMG Benefits
You can’t reach anyone on the phone, no one responds to emails. My funds are long overdue and I was only informed today that “Sars tax file not successful” and they will resend. Whatever that means. Horrible service. No one senior to escalate to either!

30 Oct 2020, 07:51Another week gone by. Despite being promised to be paid on Tuesday after being given a runaround, still nothing. I have to make constant follow ups as if they are doing me a favor. I mean this is my money. This organization has no concept of professionalism, no accountability either. There are senior people listed on their website but you can never access them to escalate. It means the leadership just does not care. I don’t think they understand the role they play in the market.????
