Horrible service from Nmg benefits

Hi my name is Zanele Kabini Nmg has the worst service ever I wonder if the company I used to work for knows that they invested our provident fund with the worst consulting company that does not care about people. I have been trying to call them for weeks even went through the trouble of going to one of their offices in Belleville Cape town and I was promised I will receive my payment soon I am still waiting and the number they gave me doesn't even work so I have decided to take my chances and submit a complaint with Ombudsman
