Horrible after service

<p>Im SUPER IRATE!!! its been 16 days since i got any response from anyone i keep emailing and i even called only to transfered to f*cking 6 different consultant and the last 1 gave a number of someone i need to call who never picks up the phone!!! All i want is to check how far my policy is and no one can do it!!!</p>
