Gross incompetence

I withdrew from the fund and was guaranteed the payout would be made in 6 to 8 weeks. I inquired before the deadline as there was no update & was told that all was in order and the payout would be made within the given period. Suffice to say, this never happened and I followed up after the deadline and spoke to Ofentse who advised that the payout should have been done already & he would follow up with the administrator and manager & took my details with a promise to get back to me the next day, which again never happened. 5 days later I followed up & still there was no update but just another empty promise of contact within the next day with an update. To make things worse, my former employer has now app**** for the liquidation of the fund due to lack of transparency and communication over and above the fund's poor performance. This company should just be reported to the Office of the Provident Fund Administrator and FSCA and be shut down down because they do not deliver on their mandate. Just look at all the negative reviews, they are grossly ***********.

Reviewer Update
I received a call from Ofentse from NMG stating that my payout is delayed due to them still waiting for October and November 2022 contributions from my previous employer. I resigned from my previous job on the 28th of September 2022 and as per the NMG transaction history, the last contribution they received was on the 31st of October 2022. There is no pending contribution for the month of November as I was no longer with my previous employer at that time. Therefore, there are no pending contributions and the delay with my previous employer should not affect me in any way. As per legislation, I am entitled to any funds available as per the contributions made. Please release my funds without delay.
