GREAT SERVICE WITH A SMILE FROM BOPHELO

I see everyone is talking about their bad experiences with NMG, but I had great service with the one call I had to make. I spoke to Bophelo who works at the call centre and she answered so professionally, that I thought I was speaking to an answering machine and was just waiting for the "beep" to leave a message. She immediately gave me the email details to whom I had to send my queries to. I have not gone this far, but she made my day and apparently I made hers by making her laugh and being complimented by someone she does not even know.
