Great service NMG - Ncamsile Thwala

I resigned from work early February 2018 and i went to NMG cross as ever in March cause when i called to NMG in the call centre no one could assist. I spoke to a beautiful lady called Ncamsile Thwala. How lovely, kind and well mannered lady that calmed me down and checked my status and everything to find out nothing was done by my previous company. I cc'd her in my emails to previous employer and she assisted in the forms being processed and she helped me allot. This is the type of service that one needs and best customer service that is sufficient and reliable and she kept me in the loop the whole time. Thank you NMG and especially Ncamsile Thwala you are what i call a real service consultant that take one beyond the level of just being a consultant but taking the matter to your heart.
