Going back on a committment re my Pension Fund

I called Mthunzi end of August to find out if my pension withdrawal form was received and to get an indication as to when i will receive the funds. She committed and gave me a thorough break down of when to expect the funds. She committed to me receiving the funds in the last week in September. I called her on Wednesday 23 Sept and she told me my claim hadnt been finalized but she would have it done by close of business Wednesday. I Called again on the 30th September to ask if there was any feedback and she told me she hadn't even app**** for a directive and that would take 2 days to get done and i would have to wait a further 2 days for the funds to be released by the relevant department. Every time i called her, i explained that i had taken her initial word and made commitments and when she doesnt get back to me about the commitment being changed, it affects me negatively. Today is the 1st October and i still haven't received anything and judging from yesterdays conversation, i would be required to wait another week. This is not fair at all as it affects me negatively.
