Garbage
Where does one even begin with this company??!!
I went through the pain of following up on my claim since August, i only received my money today. I have been making contributions of over 3k a month via my old company for over 17 months and i got ****** from over 20k of my whole payout. I've called and sent emails and like always, no sense of urgency, only excuses that apparently nobody deals with my company benefits and someone will call me back. I need an answer as to why you ******* decided to ***** from me.
The people whom i have dealt with so far namely Sandi is utter garbage and speaks to people like they're her friends and not clients who have contributed their blood sweat and tears.
Everybody at NMG is disgusting and should be ashamed.
I want an explanation as to what happened to my money, and WHEN I SAY explanation I mean that, i need ALL of my money paid to me ASAP.

I received a 'statement', a whole spreadsheet of inaccuracy that actually showed me that you guys indeed stole from me. March is not even included on my contributions but I had a 'cost' incurred for March.
I need a valid statement of this not a spreadsheet.
Honestly, a provident fund that doesn't even grow your fund but actually deducts R10k as 'costs'. I've seen it all at this point
