Funds payout

I've been calling for the past 3 weeks and been told to wait for 8 weeks TAT. This would be okay in situations where I resigned from work. I've been dismissed, this means that by now I'm struggling for funds.

I called again today, only to be told that there's documents outstanding. I cannot wait any longer, I need the funds. All I ask is that I get settled no later than Friday.

For the past weeks I've been given two reasons, I need to wait for 8 weeks and the funds need to be deinvested. Compared to people who you've paid within four weeks, I'm receiving some of the worst and pathetic service or you've dropped the ball.
