Frustrated and dissapointed

I called again on the 18/02/21 and they are telling me excuses saying my claim was not submitted Rochelle and she is sick and they don't know when they will submit my claim and since they promised a call back from the 9/2/2021 but i have not received any feedback what else should i do now am really frustrated now attend to my matter toe
