Failure - Commitments/Communication

To Whom This May Concern,<br> In the past few months I have been communicating with staff members from NMG Benefits. After so much effort put in by me to get funds paid to them and then in turn simply having to pay it to me, I am still waiting.<br> I left my company I was employed at in August last year. I am still waiting for the balance of my benefits to be paid out to me. I got one portion paid to me after weeks of struggle and staff members going on leave and calls not being answered and tax numbers being incorrect etc etc etc. Now because of your incompetence and the failure to do something properly in the first place I have had to wait an additional two weeks for the \BALANCE"of my funds to be paid out? Who on earth works like this? For a company of your magnitude"
