"EISH" NMG don't fulfill their promise of paying out your fund between 6-8 weeks
"EISH" is what I was told by the NMG administrator handling my Retirement fund payout!
My request to withdraw my funds was received by NMG on 06/12/2017. NMG informed me it would take 6-8 weeks to payout.
I called once a week from week 4 to follow up with the progress, and each week I was told that my money was withdrawn from the fund, and it was sitting with the administrator named Tshepo, who would apply for unit pricing before submitting it to SARS for deduction before payout would be processed to me.
On Week 8, I call back to see if it was sent to SARS, the call center agent transfers me to Tshepo, who tells me 'EISH!" it is STILL waiting for unit pricing and has not been sent to SARS. I asked him how long it takes for unit pricing, he informs me 2 days! I ask him why it has been 2 WEEKS then? His response is "Eish".
If you are considering using NMG to manage your funds.....DONT! Dont make promises to clients about 6-8 weeks when you have *********** administrators who cant keep to those promises.
