DO NOT INVEST! Atrocious communucation and turn-around time!

If I could give a zero-star rating, I most definitely would.

I retired from the NMG Umbrella Pension Fund on 12 February 2021. I was told it could take up to three months for my funds to be paid out. So, for three months I was patient and assumed everything would be fine.

I contacted NMG on the 4th of May and that is when the cat-and-mouse game started. First I was told that my forms weren't submitted by the company I used to work for. It was confirmed by the company that this was untrue, and they even sent me documented proof of this. Back to NMG: since then, I have been told "the payment will happen by latest Friday" for three consecutive weeks. On Friday 21 May I was told I would receive my payout on Monday 24 May. Today (25 May) I was once again told that it would occur by latest Friday 28 May.

When will this back-and-forth stop?

My advice to anybody looking to invest: NMG is NOT the place to go. Joining is fast and easy, and they are more than happy to receive your money. They just don't plan on giving it back as quickly when the time comes.
