Disgusting service from NMG!!!

My Mother dedicated her life for 35 years of her life and faithfully paid towards a fund with high hopes she will one day retire and reap the benefits. My mom has now retired February 2018 and was promised by NMG her funds will be paid to her within Three weeks. its now 8 months later and my mother is been strung along by Yvonne and Florence who keeps setting my mother up for major disappointment telling her management is dealing with this matter. If this is the case in my view, NMG has lost their focus and values. which company out there discuss on matter for 8 months where is the logic in this **** story. My mother has run out of finances which is now swinging her into depression. should this matter be the course of her death NMG will take full liability as they are the ones messing her around and as here kinds have to deal with an unhappy mother due to a mismanaged organisation. People and companies should relinquish their connecting with this organisation if they want a happy retirement, my mothers story should open the eyes of many. are they saying to us we do not have funds available to pay out 35 years of service??? or their internal politics are preventing process and procedures to unfold. We Want Answers???? Liberty would of wrap this up in less than 3 days. 8 months is disgusting !!! A nonchalant attitude!!!!
