Disappointing service NMG

I am so disappointed by NMG Benefits, My claim is not paid and it I was informed that it will be paid in the 8th week because they were waiting for the SARS process to unfold, yesterday the administrator informed me that my things were submitted yesterday to SARS.

Today I have been calling and I cannot get through, I have to leave the country on monday.

I am so frustrated because I have a lot to do
