Disability Benefits

I am declared permanently disabled due to a Injury on duty but have never received any disability benefits, I contact the service via email and only receive automatic response saying that you should contact the office. I contact the office, I leave my phone number but no one gets back to you. I would like to know if the Company has registered my permanent disability with the fund. I have also discovered that my Pension Fund only increases with a R1000 per annum. Nmg is ****** that is working with Companies which is ******
