delayed payouts

<p>Around the 15th of November 2016 I had to resign from my then employer . All documents where signed by me according to NMG they received them on 6th of December 2016. As to date I have not received my provident and pension payout. This is even when I informed NMG that I am unemployed and have no income, I understand it takes 6-8 weeks but even on special requests I was told that is not possible because of the December holidays I called again in January and they still didn't want to fast track my request. </p>
