Complete lack service and care for clients

I sent a message to these people last week asking if all my details have been received and they have not even bothered to acknowledge any receipt of my message. Not even an automated response. Looking at their ratings on hellopeter you can just tell that these are the type that have absolutely no regard for clients. It's very frustrating that I've had to deal with them on two occasions and both they showed a disturbing lack of interest or care. They just don't give a damn. What's even more pathetic is that they'll take 4 weeks to tell you that they "need a bank statement" as an effort to further delay their commitment to pay out. We need those moneys that you're so greedily latching onto. Either their management should be investigated or their building and operations should just burn to the ground.

I more especially hate their generic responses to complaints and their promise to investigate and get back to you, which they never do. You're absolutely dismal and useless and should rather stay away from rendering anyone any kind of "service". This company is a nightmare to deal with.
