Complaint

The administration of this company is the worst!!! I submitted my documents for claim in June. I was advised it was received late will get my claim in 2nd August. I have been sending emails following up, there's absolutely no urgency in this company and you don't even live up to your own values and promises. Worst over promising and under delivering company. A week later I get email that I will get my claim in 3 weeks time after the initial 6-8 turn around time has lapsed. Totally unacceptable I want my claim paid immediately.
