Complain against the company on my Provident Fund Benefits claim

Hi, I have been I'll treated by my company because I resigned last year July 2020 and thereafter submitted my application for Provident Fund in September 2020 hence a lady by the name of Emma confirmed that she received my claim only in December 2020 even today I am still not paid. When I follow up with them I was told that I am welcome to take any action. The lady I spoke to is Emma who is very rude and sounds ******.
