<p>Good-day,</p> <p>After 10 months of submitting my pension fund paperwork to NMG, I am still waiting for this benefit to be paid out.</p> <p>I spoke to Palesa earlier today who cannot seem to give me any further feedback as to when it will be paid, yet Palesa told me a few weeks ago that the withdrawal had occurred on the 2nd April and it would be paid within 6-8 weeks after the withdrawal date.</p> <p>Palesa, again confirmed today that the withdrawal had taken place, yet I am still waiting?</p> <p>I have also emailed Whitney twice, yet he does not respond to my emails? </p> <p>Can somebody please investigate as to why I have not received my pension payout as yet & give me an exact date as to when this will be finalised?</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you,</p> <p> </p> <p>Candice Gillmore (nee Moore)</p> <p>Reference No. 455506</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
