<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope all is well</p> <p> </p> <p>Please ellaboreate on the 6 -8 weeks standard time..eg..if my withdrawal documents were sent on the 19th August 2016, Captured or ecieved by NMG Admin on the 26th August 2016 , and my last contribution made in end of August. Since contrubutions reflects on your side on the 15th of the following month as i was told. the 6-8 weeks starts form the day the contrubiton reflects or from the day you recieve withdrawal forms? please advice. </p>

Please note that it takes us 6-8 weeks for us to process and finalize a claim, once we have received the withdrawal claim form and the Last contribution. Your claim is being processed, I will do a follow up with our Administator to get a date of payment
