Claim unpaid
I have been waiting for a claim to be paid to me now 9 weeks later. I spoke to OnkemetsE Seleka e who promised me my claim payment would be made Friday 15 May...I also spoke to Youshaa Osman who promised would process my claim as urgent on Thursday 14/05. I am still waiting for the money yet to be paid I to my account. no feedback, no proper communication and failed service promises.
