Claim still not proceed and no update from NMG
NMG has a problem with providing feedback and remaining within their Sla, the worst is when you are given a number to contact but theres no one who picks up your calls and respond to your query, I called *** a Team Leader Kabelo in charge no answer, called *** no answer so when we call as clients doing our own follow ups and getting no answer, response or correspondence which options are we left with?
