<p>I would like to compliment Thobegile for the awesome service she has provided me regarding follow ups on my claim withdrawal. She updated me throught her follow up process and now all is resolved and pay out is expected tomorrow. The payout took about 2 months and I was given a date of the payment but this never happend until I was referred to Thobegile. Keep up the good customer care work.</p>
