BAD uncaring Service

Can't get my money out of NMG, '7 day' to get feedback said the ONE email i received as reply but it has been more than a month. my representative Rufqah Khan seems to be some sort of manager, says his signature "Team Manager - NMG Retirement Funds", and if that's true he should quit in shame and stop taking a salary.
