Bad Service from nmg employees

I was retrenched from work last year(August 2020)- Edcon and I sent through my claim forms for my provident fund but i haven't received my funds.. My emails are not being answered, when I call I get referred to a line that does not being picked up. I do t know what to do anymore I just want my money
