Bad service

Hi I was employed by Accenture company in August 2019, In February 2020 the company was merged back with Edcon,unfortunately Edcon retrenched all employees in September last year,from September Nmg benefits has never pay me my funds,I've been calling them sometimes who ever pick the phone will say someone will get back to me, but no 1 ever call me,the only person that reply after 4days on my emails, is Rafqah Khan (the Administrator) in January she rep**** on my email stating I will get my funds in one week from the date she rep****, I only received R227 on my account, with a description says 20% advance payment,got shocked, I sent another email querying the outstanding amount,no feedback recieved, till 12 March,wher I got email from her stating that has issued them with iT 88 on my whole claim,these company is I ****,they take people's money, and when it time to pay them it a big problem, even 1 of their Egents told my ex colleague that the company has no money,and they coming with all the excuses,I wonder how they will pay their employees one day?
