Bad Service

<p>Its been 7 weeks since I have resigned from Discovery on the 18/01/2017 and I still haven't received Funds. After I sent a complaint on the 24/02/2017, Discovery only called me once and said they spoke to Thabiso from NMG and he will call me back, but none of NMG or Discovery called me. I then called NMG again ( Thabiso ) 27/02/2017 to ask about my funds. He told me, the funds should be paid this week and he will call me yesterday to make sure if I did receive my funds but never phoned. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for such a big company that pride themselves about giving Exceptional service to the clients but do the opposite to their former employees. Just because I am a former employee doesn't mean, I am suppose to get such bad service. This is a second time am complaining about the same thing and nobody has followed up till to date. If I dont get feed by today, I will escalate this to the Department of Labour, CCMA and the Media.</p>
