Bad Service

In today's day and age, you would expect nothing but professionalism from a big corporate like NMG Benefits. I feel like I am chasing a butterfly trying to get a response from the Fund Administrators. Documents were sent through to them for a withdrawal or disinvestment on the 19th December 2016. We are now at the end of February 2017 and I have no idea what the hold up is. Sending mails and getting no responses has been a total disappointment. This is the first time I have dealt with a benefits company like this. All the others would send you an SMS update at every stage of the process to keep you informed. Here it is like you have to beg to know what's happening with YOUR MONEY!!! It is absolutely pathethic.
