Bad bad service

<p>i keep having to phone on a daily basis to get a policy schedule and I'm told they will log a request for me. Up to date I am still waiting for the policy schedule and for my funds to be paid to me. Nobody has been doing anything to at least try and assist me. Yesterday I was told by a consultant that my tax number is required, I phoned back twice today to have to provide this to NMG. My withdrawal request was submitted on 02/12/2016, and today is now past 6 weeks. The consultant I just spoke to told me that they WILL SEE OF THEY CAN PUSH MY FUNDS TO BE PAID OUT BY LATEST THE END OF THE MONTH. WHAT THE HELL, do you guys work on the maximum turn around time for this? I was also told the consultant that the tax number was the only requirement, why could this said administrator not just drop me a call or mail when he/she was dealing with my forms to say that this is what was required. This is seriously useless service. Attached is all my reference numbers on calls (also said reference numbers that I could get from them) NMGRF11015, and again NMGRF11015, my newest reference number is NMGRF11126, please can my process be finalized ASAP and MY funds be paid to me! PLEASE DO MOT CALL ME AS I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO AMSWER THE CALL, PLEASE EMAIL ME **********
