Awful service from nmg

After numerous emails to NMG queries and Lerato Gumede know one gives you a straight answer. We are going on to week 6 of my claim and no one seems to know the date of payout. They do not answer all questions in your emailife and do not get back to you timeously. I am not even sure what is so difficult. But looking at other reviews they don't seem to be really bothered by giving bad service. Sad when everyone is trying to get better
