Assumption is the key to failure
Lack of communication and coordination amount its staff. Inaccurate feedback provided to me via different agents.Assumtion as per what is actually requested by their clients,instead of actually calling them to find out. Now I have to wait on their mistakes to be rectified before I can receive my benefits all due to negligence, assumption and no communications. I hope this matter rectifies and.does occur again for other members .
