Appalling service
Absolutely appalling
I app**** for my provident/retirement fund payout in July and still no payment made. Absolutely zero communication from them even when I send email after email. I apply for assistance on their website and still nothing. It's impossible to get hold of them on the phone because they never answer even after 30min on hold I am deeply disappointed and absolutely frustrated beyond belief Would give negative 5star if I could

Ive even had my previous employer Wurth SA get in contact with you to absolutely no avail.
The utter incompetence on your part is truly appalling
I was just on hold for 25mins,only for someone to say hi and immediately end the call.
This is so extremely infuriating.
I will NEVER recommend your company to ANYONE
GET I CONTACT WITH ME NOW!!!
