Appalling service

I’ve submitted all documents required for my claim over a month ago. Every week since submitting asking if everything is in order for payout, they reassured me everything is good. It’s been over a month and no payout. I’ve made numerous calls and I can evidently say that a lady name Megan has been the most helpful chasing my query. For the rest involved Sunitha, very delayed, no urgency around getting my query resolved. Yes I get “I apologise” but that’s a very generic approach. To all big corporates I wouldn’t recommend them to handle your retirement funds etc, on the basis that they don’t have their clients at heart and don’t live up to their values. Appalling service.
