Appalling customer service
<p>I've been waiting for my payout for 8 weeks now. I have called customer services numerous times to find out if there has been any progress on my claim. Kagiso Msimang advised that they required my tax number which I provided in minutes. I later followed up and spoke to a lady who assured me that the payout will be in account in 6-8 weeks. It's the 8th week today and still no money reflects in my account. I followed up again only to be told that they haven't received my tax number. I advised the lady that I did send my tax number to Kagiso on the 6th of December 2016, she then turned around and said they have the tax number, I need to wait 24-48 working hours for the tax directive to be received from SARS. So this to me means that you guys got my tax number and looked at it and didn't action anything. The consultant I spoke to didn't even have an excuse as to why the claim wasn't processed. She said Yolanda is the administrator working on the claim but hadn't done anything with it. I don't understand.....did Yolanda not feel like doing her job or is this how this company works. I need this claim to be processed as soon as possible, cause I don't understand why a simple thing like would take 2 full months to process.</p>
