Appalled by NMG Benefits

I have been trying to get assistance from the company about my late grandfather's pension fund. Few years ago I was communicating with the fund administrators, and I was given a letter to obtain letter of authority from the court, fair enough. When I went to the court I was told to bring in a letter that confirms amount that is due, which I did and received. I was then told the fund is under liquidation and was advised to not make any payments until the process ends, of which I had no problem with that. However, I am appalled with the service I have received from the company. Few years later I tried to check on unclaimed benefits and I could see my grandfathers details where still there, and when I tried to follow up after making calls, sending emails, I was told there was no such, which is strange. I tried to send screenshots and forwarded my previous emails to NMG benefit and I haven't received any response even today. This has been an ongoing issue since 2013. I am appalled by your service. I have letters and emails from the company, but now they telling me they can't find his details.
