absolutely disgusting service

They provide absolutely no customer service... its a waist of once time and money to even try and get hold of the agents... since I have submitted my request to withdraw my pension I was not once informed of progress of my claim or anything... I have tried multiple times to contact them to no avail... I have received a email address and sent multiple emails which where plainly ignored... I have never seen such disregard to customer service I am absolutely disgusted
