4th month still no benefit payout

I Resigned from accenture services end of August. Still awaiting for my pension payout from NMG. I have not received any sort of communication or feedback from them previous employer HR advised money would be paid end Nov as per NMG. Last week she said NMG advised early this week, now its Thursday no payment has been received. What exactly is the hold up? ? I mean its not like I have hundreds of thousands in pension funds with them.
