4 months and Fund withdrawal still pending
Hr submitted form to withdraw my pension on 15th August. To date not yet paid out, no communication reason for delays despite follow ups with *** and *** and queries department They just ignore all eails and only feedback received to date is standard reply of someone will contact me. Absolutely disappointing service, lack of humanity in their service.
