17 weeks waiting, still no pension fund payment

Hello Peter,<br> <br> I would like to express my disappointment with the way NMG is dealing with the pension fund claims. It's very poor, pathetic and disgusting.<br> <br> I left the company that I was working for on the 30 January 2015 and the instruction to withdraw my pension fund was sent to NMG on the 04 March 2015 and yet even today I'm still waiting for the payment. Wherever I call them to find out about the claim progress it's either they don't pickup the phone or else they tell me to wait for another 2 weeks. Come 2 weeks, still no payment, no feedback and I have to call them again to figure out what is going on and I think I have been patiently waiting enough now of their empty promises without any explanation.<br> <br> Disappointed Customer,<br> <br>
