11weeks and no payment just empty promises

I had a provident fund with NMG. Due to retrenchment I requested a cash lump sum. NMG said it would take 6-8 weeks. Once the 8 week marker past I started enquiring about the funds. I got a number of excuses from different consultants. Eventually one of them told me that the consultant who was working on my claim resigned and that's why it's taking so long (in my opinion, this should not affect me. Surely NMG has more consultants capable of taking over the claim?). The consultant then promised to get the money to me in one two, but I received nothing. I called back and another consultant promised that they would take over the claim and get it to me in one week. STILL NOTHING. I also asked to speak to the manager, who wasn't in office that day. I was once again promised that they will send my request through to the manager. No one has called. I am unemployed, no money, I have been making loans for airtime to call NMG WHO PROMISES TO CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DOES. I am now starting to believe that it is a circus not a financial institution. I am beyond frustrated. I even sent an online complaint, guess what, NO REPLY.
