Unhappy client

Have been their client for morethan 5 years,but the treatment we are getting at this time is unacceptable.We were dealing with a lady called Simone who seemingly has been doing nothing for our estate.This company did my mom's estate,I even recomended them to lot of people including my family. No feedback.We are given a run around.We are being told lies.It is the last time I refer any people to these lawyers.The estate is taking longer than it should.
