Pathetic service

Well I don't even know what to say but the service from Filesha is the worse service I have ever receive. Unfortunately I didn't chose these people an urgent did now I'm stuck with them well I understood the first part that I'm buying a property of a deceased so the masters took long to give the letter of authority. However it has been months now since they recieve the letter nothing has happened the other attorneys who are also involved always follow up with filesha asking for the letter of authority she ignores all the emails I also follow with emails I get no response from filisha in December I made a payment of about R8400 to date filesha has not confirmed recipiets of payment which was supposed to be done by December in Jan I called filesha to confirm payment she said she can't confirm because the accountant is not there what a joke, when I asked filesha on the progress of the matter she couldn't give me an update she said she has to pull a file and check really how long does it take to pull a file she never came back to me as she promised that she will check and come back and also said she will confirm payment the following week. I waited till Thursday of the following week no update I called i was advised filesha is on leave I then requested for an update and a confirmation of payment they took like 10 minutes and then said they will look for the file and come back to me awaited almost the whole day till about 3pm a lady called again and they said they don't know where the file is and asked me a bunch of questions which will help locate the file I answered and they said now they will find a file and revert to date I'm still waiting I sent filesha an Email this week her out office says she is coming back yesterday but still there is no response. This property was approved by the bank early last year to date we have not moved in due to the incompetency of filesha I have mother who old and I was trying to do is buy a property for her make her happy but it's seems that Dream has been crushed by filesha I had promised my family that will move in by December to as this property was bought very early and from my experience 3months is max to do all the transfers but it has taken filesha month more than 6 months to finalise this deal. If anybody care at NMA can they finalose my deal before end of January
