Onlt about the money... not the client

NM Tech dont even deserve a star I ordered a UPS online....I received the correct unit... I reseached that the 1Kv UPS can run my tv during loadshedding.... NM Tech UPS cant do that... then only they contacted me to tell m it cant be done... I said well in that case I want to return the product....and the refused even though I only had the product for 3 days & only used it for the 1st time. These guys dont give any service & dont do retyrns if you buy the wrong product.. If you do want GREAT service professionalism & loads of help & knowledge... go to Tech Guy SA... They help you from the minute you asked to buy something & even do returns with no hassle if you have bought the wrong product... NM Tech is only focused to get your money & once the have it... they dont care... I will make sure that EVERYONE knows about them...& will keep this up for years to come...may their business fall if they keep up with his ****ty service
